The sun is not just a fiery ball in the sky; its energy is the cornerstone of life on Earth. This episode delves into the fascinating science behind why the sun burns, unraveling the mysteries of its structure and the nuclear fusion process at its core. Discover how hydrogen atoms collide and fuse under extreme conditions to form helium, releasing immense energy that powers the sun. Learn why this nuclear reaction, unlike any combustion we know on Earth, enables the sun to shine for billions of years.
Explore the journey of energy from the sun's core to its surface, and ultimately to Earth, where it sustains life. The sun’s vital role in photosynthesis, climate regulation, and life as we know it is rooted in this extraordinary energy production process. Join us as we illuminate the incredible chain reaction that keeps our sun burning brightly in the cosmos.

A while back I needed to count the amount of letters that a piece of text in an email template had (to avoid passing any character limits). Unfortunately, I could not think of a quick way to do so on my macbook and I therefore turned to the Internet. There were a couple of tools out there, but none of them met my standards and since I am a web designer I thought: why not do it myself and help others along the way? And... here is the result, hope it helps out!A while back I needed to count the amount of letters that a piece of text in an email template had (to avoid passing any character limits).
